You agree to use Ence only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise reproduce the underlying AI models or software.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including analysis logic, interface design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Ence and its creators.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ence provides voice analysis "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our AI feedback will always be 100% correct.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ence if you violate these terms or engage in misuse of the platform.
